Krankly provides Reddit-based marketing and promotional services, including strategy, subreddit recommendations, content writing, posting, and campaign management.
The Service is provided strictly "as is" and "as available." We do not warrant or guarantee any specific outcomes beyond what is explicitly stated (for example, 10,000 Reddit views for eligible campaigns under our money-back guarantee).
If Krankly fails to deliver at least 10,000 Reddit views on a post featuring your product within 7 days of your payment, we will refund your payment in full. Refunds apply only if you have complied with these Terms and have not engaged in fraudulent or abusive conduct.
We do not guarantee sales, conversions, sign-ups, revenue, or other outcomes beyond Reddit view counts.
Engagement levels (e.g., comments, upvotes, sentiment) are not guaranteed.
We are not responsible for Reddit's moderation actions, subreddit rules, bans, or removals.
You are responsible for providing accurate, lawful, and non-infringing content or product details.
You must not request promotion of illegal, harmful, defamatory, or restricted products or services.
You agree that Reddit's terms of service and community rules apply, and Krankly is not liable for their enforcement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Krankly (Prodmagic LLC), its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages (including lost profits, revenue, goodwill, or business opportunities), even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
